Oven Baked Garlic Parmesan French Fries



• 5 Russet potatoes

• 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

• Freshly ground black pepper

• 1/2 cup Garlic Parmesan Gourmet Fries Seasonings


Preheat the oven to 400°.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into 1/2-inch thick slices (lengthwise). Cut again into 1/2-inch thick fries.

Place the potatoes into a pot with cold water and add 1 tablespoon of salt.

Bring up to a gentle boil and simmer until the tip of a paring knife can easily go through it.

Drain carefully and place in a bowl.

Add olive oil and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.

Toss well and lay out one layer on a nonstick baking sheet.

Bake until light brown.

Sprinkle with Garlic Parmesan Gourmet Fries Seasonings and continue to bake until well-browned, crispy and the cheese has melted and caramelized. This will take approximately 6 to 7 additional minutes.

Remove and let cool for 2 minutes. Serve.
